This ride cost approx $60 million dollars, and it was well worth every penny of it. I recommending going early in the day to get your FASTPASS, be sure to get one before they run out. This 5 minute ride will keep you on your toes, as you and 5 other passengers are driven over and through many automobile test such as, terrain, chemical, weather and anti-lock braking.
The rides climax is when you do the barrier test and burst through the doors. For 12 seconds you zoom around an outdoor track at speeds of 60 mph. This one will mess your hair up, but man is it worth it.
Turtle Talk With Crush
This is one of the coolest things I saw at all of the parks. It is an interactive cartoon show of the Finding Nemo Character "Crush" the turtle. As you enter the room the children are asked to sit on the floor at the front of the room, and there are some fairly comfy padded benches for the adults to sit on behind the kids. Then the lights dim and here comes Crush, he is interactive and will talk with the kids and parents, so be ready DUDE.
Soarin
I know I have mentioned there being several of my favorite rides, and I try to mention my favorite ride from each park. However this is my overall favorite ride from any park, Disney or Not. This ride is like no other you really feel like you are there flying. You walk into this big room, and have a seat in a suspended row of about 20 chairs. Once the lights dim your row is raised to one of three levels and the show begins. You are in a dome that has a video projected all around you. There is really nothing that I can say to describe how cool this ride was, I am terrified of heights however this ride was great. This ride is SOARIN!!!
Mission: SPACE
I highly recommend this ride, it is simply awesome. After Hewlett Packard invested $100 million into its development, it should be awesome. Seating four riders at a time, you are in a simulated spaceship where you take the role of commander, pilot, navigator or engineer. The ride uses centrifugal force to push you back in your seat and video and sound to make you really feel like your leaving earth. This ride is very intense and if you have the slightest bit of motion sickness you may want to take the non spinning ride to where there is no centrifugal force.
I really can not go on enough about this ride, it really just blew me out of my seat no pun intended. At one point my cheeks felt like they were where my ears were supposed to be, and I was beginning to wonder if I was really on a rocket.
